At Creativelittletingz, every item is handcrafted with intention, care, and quality. Because our products are made to order and often customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed.
If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof so we can resolve the issue. Any claims submitted after that timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
Processing times vary depending on product type. Custom resin pieces require proper curing time to ensure durability and quality. Because of this process, rush orders are not available. Orders will only ship once fully cured and inspected for quality.
Shipping timelines do not include production time. Once shipped, Creativelittletingz is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Our resin products require a curing period to ensure long-lasting strength and beauty. This process cannot be rushed, as rushing can cause defects like bubbling, softness, or cloudiness. To protect quality, your piece will only ship when fully cured and ready.
